Terms & Conditions

1.    Panasonic Factory Solution Early Bird Raffle 2024(hereafter referred to as “the Raffle ”) is promoted by Panasonic Connect Europe GmbH whose registered address is Hagenauer Str. 43, 65187 Wiesbaden, Germany. (“the Promoter”).
 

Eligibility
2.    The Raffle is open to residents of the UK and EU excluding Northern Ireland and Italy, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Raffle.
3.    The Competition starts at 17:00 CET on 31st May 2024 a nd ends on 23:59 CET on 30th September 2024 (“ the Raffle- Period”). Any entries posted or submitted before or after the Raffle Period will not be considered.
 

Entry Process
4.    In order to qualify for the Raffle, participants must:
•    Register for the Panasonic Connect2Customer Days 2024 on 16.+17.October 2024 at Panasonic Campus Munich before the 30th of Sept 2024. 
•    Enter their Business Contact Data, date of visit and attendance of the evening event on the registration form.
5.     Participants can enter the Raffle only once.
6.    No purchase is necessary to enter the Raffle.
7.    Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
8.    It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Raffle.
9.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
10.  The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
11.  The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes
13.    After the Raffle Period there will be ten (10) winners which will be announced once the RafflePeriod is over.
14.    The winner will be announced via email after the 30th of September 2024.
15.    The prizes will be: Ten (10) x Bodyflying (à 10 Min) at the Evening Event of Connect2Customer Days , on 16.10.24 at Jochen Schweizer Arena
16.    There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is also non-transferable.
17.    In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.
 

Winner selection
18.    The ten (10) winners of the the Raffle will be randomly drawn at the end of the Raffle Period from all participants by three employees of the Promoter.
19.    The winners will be contacted by direct message on the dates listed in Clause 14 of these terms and conditions.
20.    The winners will be contacted via direct message and will have 48 hours to acknowledge the prize or the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner.
21.    If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualified entries.
 

Privacy and Data Protection
22.    Any personal data relating to participants   will be used in accordance with all relevant Data Protection legislation (including the EU General Data Regulation) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the Raffle and further promotion  . The personal data will be retained by the Promoter for as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements and legal purposes and, if longer retention is not required, will be deleted no later than 12 months after the end of the Raffle. General
23.    By participating in this Raffle, the participants agree to participate in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities required by the Promoter in case they win.
24.    By participating in this Raffle, the participants agree to give Panasonic, and trusted third parties, a non-exclusive licence to use the participant’s photographs for marketing and advertising purposes.
25.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Raffle or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website. 
26.    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
